Booking

• The BZW is a voluntarily run center. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind if an answer or an invoice etc. takes “a little longer”. Furthermore, it is even more important to adhere to information about arrival and departure times, as well as guidelines for waste separation and cleaning, in order to enable our team to work efficiently. Thank you very much!
• There are no exclusive rights in the BZW – it is possible that more than one group is using the site at the same time (especially the house and campsite). There will not be more than one group per house. Booking requests from scout groups take priority over external guest groups.
• The reservation is only considered final once confirmation of the availability of the requested dates has been received, and a deposit (invoiced separately) is received within 14 days. (BIC: GIBAATWW – IBAN: AT39 2011 1000 0007 4152) See “Prices” for deposit amounts.
• Please inform the BZW-team (bzw@ppoe.at) immediately of any changes to your booking, especially regarding arrival time or number of people, no later than 2 weeks before your stay!
• Weekend guests may arrive on Friday from 6:00 PM at the earliest and must depart by Sunday at 4:00 PM.
• Summer holiday weekly guests may arrive on Saturday from 2:00 PM at the earliest and must depart by Saturday at 12:00 PM. Exceptions to these times may be possible depending on availability but MUST be arranged with BZW administration beforehand.
• Weekly guests outside school holidays will be contacted by our administration team  concerning their arrival and departure time.
• House-guests must bring their own bedding (pillowcases, duvet cover, and a bed sheet) or a sleeping bag and bed sheet, and potentially a pillowcase. Pillows and blankets are provided.
• Wearing slippers is mandatory!
• It is important that groups bring their own FIRST AID equipment as the BZW only has a small emergency supply.
• Please observe the QUIET HOURS from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM!
• Pets are generally NOT allowed in the houses for hygiene reasons!
• Please make sure to clean the house and the site before departure. The BZW team will provide a checklist to assist with cleaning. Cleaning supplies are provided.
• Necessary repairs and additional cleaning costs will be charged based on actual expenses.

House/Campsite – Handover and Return

A member of the BZW team will be present during the specified arrival and departure times, so please be sure to stick to these times. It is possible that maintenance work will need to be carried out on the grounds during your stay (e.g. lawn mowing) but we will make every effort not to interrupt your program.

Equipment Rental

Tents, tables/benches, field beds and other equipment can be rented from the BZW.
