Guided tours
We are well connected to one of the companies offering guided tours in Vienna (for eg. also “different” ones like through Vienna’s canal system visiting sets of the 1940s film The Third Man, treasure hunts at St Stephen’s cathedral or searching for the tooth ache god, in the times of the Romans or the middle ages. How to get there
By foot you will get to Gießhübl bus stop in about 30 minutes. Or you walk to Rodaun. You will catch a number of local buses from those stops.
By car – obviously depending on where you are going. Be aware parking in Vienna is not always easy or cheap. It is probably more convenient to take public transport.
By public bus and suburban train (S-Bahn): walk down the road from BZW to the fire brigade’s house at Weissenbach, take line 364, direction Mödling, get off at the final stop “Mödling Bahnhof” (find a timetable in the welcome booklet at our office). Take a “Schnellbahn” train to Wien Mitte station right at the city center. Walk from there or take trams and buses of the Wiener Linien. We have a public transport map of Vienna at our office.
