Price list

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) per person per night including VAT. Prices are guaranteed only for the current year. Until August 2024 energy costs will be charged separately.

From September 2024 and for bookings from March 2024 energy costs are included.

Welcome to our online booking system

First we would like to give you some valuable information concerning our terms and conditions which will support our communication and cooperation. In the end you will find the link to ouer booking system.

Please note:

  • Infos and prices
    There is an information page for scouts from other associations and countries.
  • Badge National Scout Centre Wassergspreng
    You can buy the badge either in cash or by credit card in our shop. Please contact our staff if you would like to purchase a badge. The costs are € 2,- per badge.
  • House- and campsite-rules
    you can find here.
  • Volunteer-run center
    We kindly ask you to keep this in mind that we alle work on a voluntary basis and therefore it may happen that an answer or an invoice “takes a little longer”.
  • No exclusive rights
    It can always be the case that ore than one group is at the site (especially the house and storage area). There is no “mixing” in the houses. Requests from scout groups have priority over requests from external guest groups.
  • Arrival and departure times
    It is important t5hat information about arrival and departure is communicated correctly abnt then adherced to so that our tome can be on site at the right time.
  • Waste seperation
    In Austria we have a strict waste seperation system. Please adhere to the guidelines for waste seperation which our team will explain to you if nescessary.
  • Cleaning before leaving
    Please ensure that the hous is ledft swept clean and that the outdoor area is celeaned by youself. A checklist provided by the team gives assistance.
  • Reservation only valid with deposit
    saThe reservation is only considered final if the deposit (information will be sent with the reservation confirmation) has been received in our accout within 14 days of confirmation of the availability of the date (BIC: GIBAATWW – IBAN: AT39 2011 1000 0007 4152).
  • Reservation changes
    Please inform us of any changes to the reservation – especially arrival time or number of peopla – as soon as possible, but no later than 4 weeks before your stay!
  • FIRST AID
    It is important that the groups themselves provide FIRST AID equipment. The scout centre  has only a small emergency supply.
  • Silent mode
    Please be sure to observe thge quiet period from 10 pm to 6 am!
  • Pets
    We are a youth campsite and therefore pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons!
  • Repairs
    Nescessary repairs and additional cleaning costs will be based on actual effort.
  • Team presence on site
    During your stay, it may happen at any time that mambers of our team carry out maintenance measures in the area (e.g. mowing the lawn, repairs etc.). Of course we make shure not to disrupt your program.
  • Equipment rental
    Tents, table sets, camp beds and other material can be rented at the scout centre. You can find all the information about this in our booking system and also described on this website under equipment rental.
  • CANCELATION FEES
    • up to 6 months before your arrival: no cancellation fees
    • up to 3 month before your arrival: 50% of your deposit
    • up to 1 month before the planned stay: 100% of the deposit
    • from 1 month before the planned stay: 50% of the costs of the registered participants
    • if fewer participants arrive than were registered 4 weeks before the stay, at least 80% of the booked costes will be charged.
